Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every Drawn from Cocoon® scarf and wrap is individually hand-painted and carefully prepared before leaving the studio. The information below outlines the processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.
1. Shipping Destinations
Drawn from Cocoon® currently ships throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Processing and dispatch take place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
3. South African Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary shipping is included on all orders delivered within South Africa.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that deliveries to rural, outlying, or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
4. International Shipping & Delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations.
International shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be quoted separately after your order has been received.
Before your order is dispatched, a shipping quotation, together with the available delivery options, will be provided for your approval.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local courier services.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@drawnfromcocoon.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the packaging and the item received
This information will assist the studio in resolving your claim as quickly as possible.
8. Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Drawn from Cocoon® cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from courier services, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
