Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Drawn from Cocoon®, each silk scarf and wrap is individually hand-painted and created as a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork. The information below outlines the policy regarding returns, exchanges, damaged items, and artistic variations.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if an incorrect item is received, please contact the studio within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the packaging and the item received, where applicable
This information will assist the studio in resolving your claim as quickly as possible.
2. Exchanges
Exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Returned in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Returns
Due to the individually created nature of each hand-painted piece, Drawn from Cocoon® does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection

4. Colour Variations & Artistic Uniqueness
Every effort is made to accurately represent the colours, textures, and details of each piece through product photography. However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and devices.
As every Drawn from Cocoon® scarf and wrap is individually hand-painted, subtle variations in colour, pattern, brushwork, texture, and artistic expression form part of the character and uniqueness of each artwork.
These variations are inherent to handcrafted pieces, are not considered defects, and do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.
Each piece is created as an individual work of wearable art, making every creation unique.
